General Terms and Conditions for Customers and Partners Using YATELASA Platform
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the YATELASA platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services. To join the platform as a service provider, store, or customer, you must complete the necessary registration information and accept these terms.
2. Overview of Services
YATELASA operates as an intermediary platform connecting service providers and stores (individuals or corporations) with customers seeking specific services or products. We facilitate leads, bookings, and transactions for personal and business needs, aiming to help people and businesses expand their projects and achieve their goals by bridging information, services, and products.
3. How We Work with Partners
Lead Generation: YATELASA provides new customers and leads to service providers and commerce proprietors, whether individuals or corporations.
Registration: Partners must complete the required information to join the platform and agree to these terms.
Support: We act as an intermediary to facilitate communication, quotations, and transactions between partners and customers.
4. Workflow
Inquiries: Customers submit inquiries through the YATELASA platform.
Booking: If service or product information is complete, customers can pay and book immediately.
Quotations: For services requiring additional details, YATELASA will mediate the quotation process between the customer and the service provider or store.
Payment: Customers pay online immediately for direct bookings or after receiving a quotation for customized services.
5. Payments and Fees
Intermediary Role: YATELASA processes payments for services and products as an intermediary.
Commission: We charge commission per transaction on service or product orders only to our partners, service providers and stores. Customers are exempt of commission charges.
Third-Party Fees: Third-Party institutions such as Payment Processors, Banks, Customs Shipping Carriers and other Involved Financial Service Companies that can charge fees to any transaction. Additional third-party fees may apply and will be deducted until the end of each transaction, will be reflected on the acknowledgement files until processed.
Payment Processing: Payments are collected online via the platform, either immediately for direct bookings or after a quotation is accepted.
6. Refunds and Credits
Refunds: YATELASA reserves the right to issue refunds to customers at our discretion.
Credits: In lieu of a refund, we may credit a customer’s balance for use toward another product or service offered on our platform.
Non-Guaranteed Refunds: Refunds are not guaranteed and are subject to review based on the circumstances of each transaction.
7. User Responsibilities
Accurate Information: All users (customers, service providers, and stores) must provide accurate and complete information during registration and throughout the use of the platform.
Compliance: Users agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms and Conditions.
Conduct: Users shall not misuse the platform, including submitting false inquiries, engaging in fraudulent transactions, or violating the rights of others.
8. Limitation of Liability
YATELASA acts solely as an intermediary and is not responsible for the quality, delivery, or outcome of services or products provided by service providers or stores. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. Termination
YATELASA reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the platform for any user who violates these Terms and Conditions, engages in fraudulent activity, or misuses the platform, at our sole discretion.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on the platform, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
